How deep your neck is .can you tell me how to measure for cowl

@@twinkalkushwah5408 for cowl neck I have taken 3 inch deep neck. That’s the point from where I have measured my dress length from. You have to just take usual measurements. There is no other method to do it and automatically when you attach the straps correctly, the neck fall from forward due to the fabrics softness and its diagonal cutting. It’s more about straps fitting that makes the neck fabric fall easily. if you cross the straps from backwards it’s more easy to make cowl neck :)
