This is such a great idea! No rollers or flexi rods needed, but I'll have to apply more pressure when twisting the ends. Did you use a rubber band to hold the curl before dipping the ends?
I’m about to do this I’m almost done braiding my hair in braids girl I been on it since 2pm on Tuesday December 6 2022 it’s now Saturday morning 10th 5:39am I’m 90 % done How do I send you pictures of it when I’m done curly it to show you😊
How long did you wait before taking them down after the hot water bath? Did you blow dry them? Or left them in for a while? 😭😭😭 help meeeee I just finished putting them in boiling water
However long you want to honestly. I usually wait a few minutes until they cool off and just let them air dry. And I’ve left them in for hours just being lazy and the curl was super tight. If you take them out immediately, they’ll have a looser curl. Hope this helps 💖
I’ve kept braids in without recurling for about 9 weeks, but it all depends on how you care for them. They will get flat if you lay on them continuously so I make sure to put my hair up or to the side if I lean back
Curls I've done in the past lasted very long, even at least a month. To maintain it and make it look good buy some hair mousse. If it's very loose, then just do curls again.
