Even though this video is 3 years old it works fine for me I was getting frustrated because other videos didn't explain it as good as you did, thank you SO much 🙏
Like many in the comments I realized there’s a lot of missing information so here’s a few helpful tips: - When you put the paper onto the fabric make sure the fabric is stretched out and wrinkle-free, any creases will cause the image to peel off in that area. - When ironing, be very careful! High temperatures will burn through the parchment paper and easily stain lighter fabrics. - My corners and sides lifted despite gradually increasing heat. - If your image isn't transferring, try adding more clear wrap and if you accidentally burn your shirt, immediately soak it in cold water for at least 24 hours. That should remove the burnt stains. So yes this does work but it is quite hard to get it right, I’ve done it twice and my image still peeled off on the sides.
Pamela Jack my images peel right off. I have a dry iron (doesn’t need water), cling film and I have no parchment paper as it’s all sold out, it I do have grease proof paper. It’s not burning, is this okay? please help. Thank you
PLEASE PIN THIS IM TEACHING HOW TO WASH THEM! •Turn the top inside out so the image is on the inside. •Then hand wash it gently without roughly scrubbing the picture. 🤠It's pretty simple! 😊 Also, use white tees so that if it does come off you can bleach the tee and do it again
This is great for last minute projects. My granddaughter had to do a Black History presentation for her class and she needed a shirt that represented the late great Jesse Owens. We didn't have anything so I told her to go on RU-vid to find a video that could teach us to iron on images without transfer paper. After watching your video we tried it and it came out great! Thank you so much!❤❤❤❤
I love how she showed us what she did wrong and what she did do correct it. I watched a video earlier and all the comments were saying how it wasn’t working for them. Thanks!!
Heyy people, if you have to wash the clothing with the print on you can fold the clothing inside out to protect te print and the shirt will still be washed!!:))
*money in wallet:doesnt exist *tutorial:how to print anything onto your shirt *me:realised i can make 2 dollar gucci's t shirts *law: wait thats illegal
luna I wonder if since she laminated the first picture, if she ironed the “laminated” picture onto the shirt it would last longer and would actually be able to be machine washed now?..hmmm I’m tempted to try it out just to see if it would work or not
thank you for this tutorial! i have been seeing short little tiktok tutorials that dont explain very well, but this really helped me! tip: iron for around 5 mins, no longer no shorter, because the print and/or tee could burn.
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! T-shirts with prints, band shirts etc are so expensive and so is transfer paper. And now I have so much more freedom regarding what I can wear because I actually choose the print. So yeah, thanks you're the best💕💕
I CAN MAKE SOME ANIME MERCH. XD I tried this for the first time, and I'm not gonna lie. My first attempt failed. But I think it might have been due to the case of the material of the shirt or the paper. SO if I were to give any advice to others who's attempts fail at first, my advice would be to change the material you want the image on, and check the paper you use. Printing paper was what I used for my first attempt, the second attempt I took paper form a normal sketch book. I'm really glad this worked! Maybe I'll show my outcome on my channel sometime! Really love my new Tokyo Ghoul shirt!
SISSS! You just saved my life! Graphic tees are ALL i wear, now I can get 20 of these for a fraction of the price! Also loved you biker shorts DIY video! Keep up the good work!
@@doremifasolatee6258 I believe so which is upsetting. But perhaps if you buy twenty $4 tshirts and do this, and you wear it once every twenty days, it should last longer.
Thank u SO MUCH. I did not a square shaped print, so plastic got on my t-shirt, but you cant really see it. I am in love with this❤️🦋 oh and I have black and white printer so I printed out butterfly and colored it in and everything was okay :))
The first few times I did this, it was off from a Tik tok and I tried so many times and the same thing that happened to you for the first time happened to me. Thank you for making this so much easier 🥰🥰
no hate to this video at all, but in my experience this didn’t work very well and it won’t last long. but it is really cheap so there’s no harm in trying. transfer paper isn’t that expensive and it works well.
Hi , I agree same happened to mine and pic faded , and my white skipper had yellow mark's as I think iron was too hot...so I don't know where I went wrong 🤔🙈😢
I'm going to put my chemistry teacher's face on my chest oh yes 😍 edit: I don't have a thing for my teacher, he's literally the worst teacher ever and we all joke about it- pls don't get me wrong😭
Richelle Echevarria I think just standing there still with no movement *at all* would be totally non-creepy lol 🤔🤔🤷🏽♀️ I’m just going to let people be, can’t please everyone
Well if you don't mind it feeling like you pasted paper on your tshirt then go ahead. At best it still comes out like a really really dodgy print job and is evident up close. As someone who's done it here are some tips. - Never print on a black tshirt, the edges don't come out nice, looks like glue. - Only use cheap throw away tees. - put no less than 3 layers of cling wrap on the back AND front. Front is just as important especially because it will have to covered to be water proof. - Before you iron, put something underneath inside the tshirt as well so the melted plastic doest go through. Something I think would really help with the end quality would be using as thin paper as possible. Standard paper makes for really stiff print.
I haven't watched the video thoroughly, so if any of these questions have been answered, sorry. 1. Do you use ink or laser, for the paper? 2. What settings do we use for the iron??
Just made a shinobu shirt and I love it! It turned out so well some of the parchment got on the print but I could peel it off haven’t washed it yet hope it will go well thank you so much for this tutorial helped a lot
Don’t shop at sweatshops. Thrift shop or make your own clothes. You will save a lot of money and also won’t be supporting a huge company that exploits its workers - and profits off of dead artists.✨
@@kaliko5245 they have children working for nothing. It's horrible. H&m, Zara, sheinside. Pretty much any affordable clothing store. Look up "child labor"
@@kaliko5245 ??? That argument make no sense. You're making it seem like these are job options for children. When a child is put into human trafficking, they aren't getting paid. Having children make clothing is slave labor. At least educate yourself on the situation
Hi, I have a question. How long do you have to wait until you peel off the parchment paper? Do you peel it right away or do you wait until it cools off? I am sorry for any mistakes in my English, I am not a native speaker 😅. By the way, I love your chanel, it is very creative 💕
Fashion Wizardry for the pictures does it have to be normal paper? Can I just go to the store and have my pictures printed out special? Do they have to be paper pictures?
You don't even KNOW. GUYS. EVERYONE SHALL HATE ME. "LOOK AT ALL THOSE CHICKENS." "FRIK YA CHICKEN STRIPS" "ROAD WORK AHEAD?" "ITS AN AVACADO. THANKS." "MR SPIDER, WHY WAS IT FUNNY TO BITE ME?" "HE WAS LIKE A FATHER TO ME.. I LOVED HIM LIKE MY SON" "OK BOOMER" ITS GONNA BE SO FREAKING NICEE YES. I LOVE THIS. THANK YOU. ALSO HOW DARE YOU GUVE ME THIS POWWER
@@BreeMilli it would definitely be a cheaper way to print on T-Shirts than using transfer paper, when I first got into printing tees I was using transfer papers but it was always a hit and miss with the washability factor, so I just stuck to using vinyl instead, it has never let me down.
