last year I made a Carbon fiber pingpong racket. and now I try to make another pingpong racket based on cyber shape model.
still use carbon fiber, but now I put it under the top ply mahogany.

Hello, good video, I have a question, is the epoxy resin you use the same as the one used to decorate, or is it a different one, and do you use another element to glue?

Yes.. I only use a regular epoxy resin (2:1 ratio) type. Since the layer betwen the wood are carbon fiber, so I only use epoxy resin for the glue. If there is stack of wood on wood, I'll just use wooden glue.

to be honest, I haven't put the rubber on it... so, there is no review yet.. hehe. but it is lighter than my first build..

Can one put 2" or 3" carbon fiber tape instead of pasting carbon fiber sheets? Would it not make work easier? Or do the tapes have a different composition than the actual fiber? Also can you give the dimensions of the cybershape or link to where one can get it?

I think carbon tape are different, so you can't use that on this kind of project

There's not really much standard for blades on the ITTF Handbook. They just require it to be 85% natural wood and at least 6mm thickness.

Bukan carbon kevlar. Carbon fiber.. ini bisa buat struktur lebih rigid/kaku, tapi tetep menjaga supaya ngga terlalu berat.
