That turned out beautiful! I have several older nativity sets I don't display anymore because they are dated or worn. This will be a perfect way to make them look new again!
just wow! I have pieces that I have been bringing together to have a great nativity so you can imaging the different colors that go along with it. Some of the pieces I have are 20 years old. I am excited to do this. I love white and Christmas, and this is so perfect. Thank you for sharing. BTW, I have made candlesticks, the magnolia you posted inspired me so much.
I believe I have the same nativity Love what you did for your home but it wouldn’t work in my farmhouse/ country home. Love all your ideas they are always so classy

I just found this video and I was thinking of giving away my nativity set because of the colors , now I can keep it forever 😉 and maybe because of the neutral color my daughter will keep if for her 🤞🏻. What a great idea! I had this exact Nativity set from Home Interiors and got rid of it a few years ago. Now I wish I had kept it. You are so incredibly talented and lovely like your mother

I was just trying to get inspired to do something with my nativity set! It's really small so I was thinking off white, until I seen this video. I'm going to take back my paint & get me some glitter & modpog. Great idea!

I love this! My mom has an old nativity that is all brown that she says she doesn't like anymore, so it looks like maybe it's time for me to make it over! I love giving things new life, and you have such a talent for it! Your house is gorgeous! Merry Christmas!
I found the exact same nativity set for 3$ !! At a thrift store and I didn't hesitate to buy it and paint it white, looks way elegant!! Would you recommend baking it in the oven? So that the paint last longer I'm trying to avoid chipping
I agree with you I find such beautiful nativity scenes but the colors are awful and I’ve always thought about coloring them but I wondered how well it a haired did your stay on?
Hi Natalee, I'm just seeing this video today (Nov 13th 2021) Do you still have this nativity set? I just bought one this morning from a thrift store. I searched about how to upgrade it and what do you know your video popped up. I should have known that you have done this before, you are so creative 😃 ok, so my question is what would you do different if you have to do it again? I'm debating between spraying it white and apply glitter or just leave it white 🤷🏻♀️ any advice will be appreciated it. P.S I love everything you do 💕
I still have it and love it ! The only thing I would do different is mix the glitter into a gloss mod podge instead of sprinkling it on… but I still love it 🥰
