This is phenomenal. My fiancé passed away from COVID earlier this year and I’ve started a charity in his honor as a way to do something constructive with my grief. I plan to provide scholarships and make Christmas a little merrier for children that have lost a parent to COVID. Making decor is one of the ways I’m raising money and this helps me so much!!! Thank you!!! 💕✨
@@B0NNiEB aww sweetheart thank you so much. Yes I do have an IG, this is my personal IG...I haven’t used it since before he passed away in April but there are recent pictures of us there. He was only 43, the love of my life and my best friend. I felt as if I was drowning in grief and God gave me this to keep my mind busy and to give me serenity, so that’s what I’ve named it...Sam’s Serenity. I registered the domain and the email address and I want the site to go live on his birthday November 17th. I see that you’re a night owl like me. I don’t feel so bad now 😂 Also my IG is: @muva.snow feel free to search me up and shoot me a message or whatever I genuinely appreciate your sweet comment.
I really liked the color you painted your tiered tray. This is the first time I’ve seen your channel can’t wait to see more of your projects. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much for posting this. I knew someone on YT would come through!! I have been looking for a tiered tray, but have not found anything that I liked or in my price range. Today is the first day of fall and I will be off from work for the next two days. I am definitely headed to DT to get these supplies. I already have one of the candle holders, spray paint, E6000, and Gorilla glue so my total cost should be less than $5.🤑 Thank you again!!☺️
MonkMonk yay!! So glad I can help! Good luck! And also if you want a sturdier tray I suggest double up on the stove covers. This wasn’t so strong like I expected but it still stands and holds up the small decor pieces 🥰
I just ran across this video today 9 6 20. I found this 3 tier stand and fell in love with it. I'm headed to Home Depot and/or Lowes today to purchase a few cans. I have several smaller items in my home I"m going to use this on. I don't know about you but I'm kinda tired of everything nowdays being painted with chalk paint. Your stand looks like a high end/high dollar stand from stores in the mall. I love the color you chose and how beautiful it turned out. Thanks so much for sharing this with us. I'll be viewing some of your other projects over the Labor Day weekend to obtain some of your ideas for my own home. This one is the prettiest one I've found after many searches. Keep your videos coming. Thanks again, Linda from Texas. Happy Labor Day!!!
Aww thank you so much! I appreciate it 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and the paint is still looking sooo good! Looks like I did it just yesterday LOL thank you so much for your kind comment 🥰🥰🥰 good luck & if you have Instagram I’d love to see your final result 😀
When spray painting something like the tier tray -put it on a table or something that is eye level that way it is easier to paint and everything gets covered.
YES!! I had some brass candle sticks I wanted to do this but was trying to think which pans to use. I already painted the candle sticks so I think I will spray the pans leaving a circle to glue the holders down and then touch that up. Thank you for this video. Just subscribed. :)
Good thinking on the spray paining!! definitely make sure there’s no spray paint where you’ll be gluing because it will definitely chip off and come apart. 😀 thanks for watching! & good luck 😀
🤎 your tray! I read where you posted that you were dissatisfied with the middle section, not being sturdy enough except for light weight items. The way you free-handed the sign at the end, you’re definitely an artist!
Thank you! Yes I wish I would layered a second tray so it would have been a little sturdier! But it’s still holding up very nicely and I use it for small decorative items so it’s perfect!
Omg I just took all of the materials out side separately and spray painted it satin white, I’m waiting for them to dry, but I’m loving the color of yours. Just curious, I was going to put two candle sticks together to attach pizza pan and first stove cover, did you have enough room on your pizza pan? Please let me know, thank you for sharing I love yours
Can I ask you how big are your candle holders? LOVE THIS!! I am making one too, but now I might switch to darker paint color! Our Dollar trees do not have these candle holders so I have to buy them elsewere.
So beautiful girl I have to make some now. I love the color as well. I just found your page and you just gained a sub from me. I'm also a new up coming youtuber. Can't wait to see more of your videos :)
You use an Apoxsee glue. That’s not going to fall apart with the paint chips. Perhaps you should’ve use the paint with a built-in primer. I believe that’s what you have.
Yess! I’ve done that before and the glue chips the paint away which is what causes it to fall apart. Someone else commented about this. They said I should have painted first then put together but it falls apart 😞 trial and error though 😊
Luciana Saavedra Im so glad you asked this! I really regret using that middle one as tray! It isn’t sturdy at all! I even thought about doubling it up and using two stove covers instead of one! I suggest you use the cake trays instead! I’m only able to use light weight items in the middle one! The top one is smaller & because the stand is wide it is sturdy! Just the middle one is not
How big is the pizza pan used for the bottom tray? I love this! And just sub to your channel. I bought some stainless steel stove covers from amazon for a sturdier second and top layer. I just needed the size of the pizza tray to order one from Amazon. Thanks in advance 💜
Aww yay! Welcome to my channel! That’s a great idea! Buying sturdier covers. Mine isn’t so sturdy but it holds up small decorations pretty well. The bottom layer (pizza pan) is a 12 inch pan 😬 hope that helps! If you have an Instagram and post your finished tray you should send me a pic! I’d love to see it 😍
Aww 🙁 i just eyeballed mine. Stepped back to look if it was straight enough. And with E6000 the glue doesn’t harden fast so I can move it around if needed
