I like to add a background color because it helps hide the small gaps between rhinestones

To seal your paint spray with clear coat. This will seal the first coat and then you can paint the glass again. This will help with pealing and will help with the paint adhering to your glass. Hope this helps!!

Rustoleum seal it just fine use the clear version

I probably would wipe the glass with alcohol and for doing the name with rhinestone name you can print out the preferred font and tape it to the inside of the glass for the stencil
