For 2nd birthday we did "We're Having a Ball" theme, with all different types/sizes of balls, ball games, tosses, ball favors etc. Ball shaped cake and ball shaped food (meatballs, blueberries, melon balls). Those were the days. Enjoy them!
Aw... happy birthday to Lincoln! We don't do a party for every birthday, but we have done Super heroes and football as two of the themes for our boys. My husband is the DIYer in our house, so he had a ton of fun with the Super hero theme when our youngest turned 5. He even made all the kids capes to wear on special t-shirts they got to decorate as their own personalized super heroes!
What a cute idea!! And good call on not doing a party every year...we just went to my in-laws for Lincoln's 1st and will do something low key next year but I think it's fun to have a big celebration with friends and family every few years just to have all your loved ones together! Now how can i get my husband into DIY?? ha ;) xx B
How did she like it? That was our plan before we found out my family was coming to visit...I want to take him now but also thinking about waiting till his birthday next year since I know I'm not doing another big party, haha :) xx B
She loved it! Although, I was emotional watching how happy she was. It was a memorable vacation for us that we will never forget. p.s. Love all of you and if you ever need an idea for a parody can you do Mama Mia. It would be so fun watching what you ladies would do with that song. Blessings!
I didn't go big on my sons birthday til he was 3. Bc I wanted him to b able to remember it yanno? He loves and still loves lightening McQueen so that was our theme! I made him a party banner from scrapbook paper and cardstock. Our printer broke so instead of printing out pictures of the characters, I bought coloring books and colored them myself and used those, his centerpieces were so cute! I wish I could show u pictures! It was adorable! And then I got a bunch if junk tires and set them up as games and decoration around my yard. Oh and the food table had all themed food on it like sheirffs stoplight brownies and luigis tire tower! It was great, I'm very proud of myself and can't wait to plan my 2 sons 3rd bday!
I like how you went all out for the second birthday instead of the first. Great idea! You did an awesome job. You got me thinking about my son's birthday party, and he's only 7 weeks old!

Oh he is so cute! And that party looks amazing. My older daughter would explode with excitement if I had bunnies at her party. Maybe I'll look into it for her 3rd.
we recently had a cowboy theme party and for party favors , we used bandanas and made a small bag and it was tied with String and had a cowboy or sheriff star on the outside, this theme is amazing thank u for they idea for the party
Our 4 year old is obsessed with eyeballs and wants to be an eye dr when he grows up. So we are doing an eyeball party in April and it is coming together much cuter than I could have ever anticipated!
Awesome ideas. My son is turning one in July and I'm planning a Dr.seuss party. A little more leaned toward Oh The Places You'll Go Dr.Seuss' birthday just passed and I'm snatching all sale items. Haha trying to not break the bank.
What's up mom I know this is late but you can do a craft party it's so cute I did it for my little brother loved it but we had to use one of you mom hack to pick up all the extra glitter yes the kid got a little crazy with the glitter :)
The cows on the cake are so cute! Btw I have been watching what’s up moms a while, and I noticed a lot of the videos have the comments disabled..... is there a way that can change...
This reminds me of my cousin's 1st birthday they literally got a New York state police horse to come to the party and they had a party at the marina which was really cool and they had fake mustaches hats and bandanas it was themed how the west was won
If people love these designs, check out Send In the Clowns: Children's Parties Los Angeles. They came up with all the designs and creations for this party, and they are AMAZING!
Brooke: oh it’s Lincoln’s birthday tomorrow! *lets invite the whole country!* (No joke this party is bigger than the farm shows at my town in the country of the UK)
