Looks very comfortable, especially with those smooth flat felled seams (not scratchy overlocked) and the adjustable, very comfortable drawstring in the waistband instead of elastic. I like how you sewed the opening of the drawstring casing. I have never seen that before. Well done

Ruth, I suppose we could do the French seam, zigzag or serge it instead of the flat felled seam. This way, we can skip trimming off the excess from doing the flat felled seam. Thank you for sharing!

Would this be suitable for children?

1 cloth need 39 inch folded into half (39/2 on each side). Same repeat with another cloth right? (Approach 1) Not sure alternatively, if u mean , take 39 inch wide first and then cut them into two cloth n them fold ? (Approach 2) Please reply if it's Approach 1 or Approach 2???

What size does this go up to with this amount of fabric?
