DIY: Easy Tutorial on how to make ruffled flounce. [how to cut and sew] 

U attach d flounce by turning it with d dress but remember to stitch d gathers 1st with machine to keep it in place.

Thanks for this tutorial,when attaching the flounce to the dress,do I see from inside and turn it front or do I see from front and use the fabric to cover the edge like a bias?
