Hello friends, in this video I will show you how I made my DIY electronic DC load based on Arduino Nano and explain the basic functions of this electronic load. This is an analog DC electronic load and the Arduino Nano roll here is to display information on the LCD display and other functions like, overload protection, over heating protection, controls the cooling fan depending on the temperature and activates and deactivate the load via relay if the button is pressed. It can be added many other fuctions if is need it, the maximum current I set it to 3A amps, over that the over current protectin kiks in, you can set it higher but all depends what mosfets you use and and how big is the heatsink because this is working in linear mod and disipates a lot of heat, and lastly the max load voltage its around 30V, again it depend what mosfets you use. Excuse me for annoying with it, but I think the project is really good, I just don't have time to design the PCB myself, so my question would be if you would provide the direct EasyEDA files. I would even pay something for it

I used IRF3205, but it will work just fine with IRFZ44N as well, I'm sorry that I forgot to specify this in the schematic.

@@bogy5259 The PDF's allow you to print the circuits to a transfer medium, place it on a cheap, blank single sided PCB and etch the circuit board yourself. There are no files for sending off to have PCBs manufactured- unless you can import circuits from an image. Easy enough to make

Hi, how many Volts should the Mini360 be set to? I noticed that you installed a 12V relay and not a 5V one, why? Thank you.

Very nice. Maybe have the MCU be able to sweep the voltage and log the results. You can do many great things, with the software.

Great project But can you include timer for load connections.! Like when the load is connected The Time will start counting and once the load is off the time will stop counting

I'm sorry but I don't have the complete case STL files because the case I bought it, I only 3D printed the front and back panels and didn't share those because it be a very little chance to have the same case as mine. When I will have time I will design the rest of the case and I will share the STL files.

Hi, yes you can use a OLED display but you have to modify the code entirely. There's no point to put an usb connector, this is a electronic load not a power supply.

Hi. No, it hasn't that, but it can be done in software, it is quite good idea and I probably add that feature soon.
