My entryway has always been BLAH... We are completely transforming it today by giving it a Jaw-Dropping makeover! I'm going out on a limb (literally) and hanging a gorgeous mural wall paper. Good job LISA, foyer and molding are gorgeous the pop of blue is just what was needed, it does surprise me when designers and want to be designers are afraid to use color, just look at our beautiful nature GOD gave us flowers, trees, birds, the ocean and sky that changes color and of course HIS children, followers of Christ all different hues of beautiful people, I love our world of color, can not wait too see the beautiful colors used in heaven

Well done, Lisa! Loved that your son helped you. I did everything in my house raising four children and homeschooling. Taught second child all thinks electrical and mechanical engineering from age 5 when I replaced a part on our fridge to start. He majored in Engineering! Now he has a son of his own. Inspire your children by getting them involved.

What a beautiful and elegant look!!! I am in love with your molding and recreated it on my focal wall in my living room! I was able to customize it to frame out a large mirror and two art pieces! It was so easy to do and it makes such a gorgeous statement as that is the wall you see coming in my front door. I have learned so much from you and Natalee and this year I tackled updating and renovating my entire house with confidence (from you both) elegant neutrals and lots of florals (from you) and the courage to use power tools and THE BEST DRILL EVER (from Natalee)!! @@LisaBurningham I would never have thought I could get the high end look I wanted on a budget I could afford until I started watching your channel! I also would never have had the courage to try! The most important thing I have learned from you is that it is ok to try and fail and that sometimes the failure of one idea leads to something unexpected and even more beautiful! I used to get so much anxiety about the what ifs that I would talk myself out of even trying. Finally, at 60 😂, I am having fun renovating instead of being an anxious mess! By showing mess ups and how to fix them on your channel, you give people like me the ability to not have to be “perfect” and that is so inspiring!

When you mentioned those beautiful bird lamps in your bedroom, I thought you were going to put them in the foyer!😮 I'm so glad you went with the orchid arrangements! I get the stare tactic prior to doing a project and doing dry runs. I just redid my craft room. I make lots of quilts and they get heavy after a while. I needed to make sure that the new design would accommodate what I needed for the weight of the quilts. So I situated my existing craft furniture and stared at it for at least a week to make sure it would work. Your secret weapons were very necessary to get the job done. Boy did it turn out spectacular. Nice work!

The detail of the molding over the mural is gorgeous! I love the birds. I actually have six birds on my arm for my six grandkids. I love that you have one for each of you. Very beautiful decor. I would ADD a Persian-look RUG, the same size as the paperwall mural, in a solid complimentary color, to balance the simetry of the area. (The little tyle rug insert on the floor looks out of place). ❤
