This is fucking gnarly looking! It's disgusting how eerily you made it look like actual flesh and bone, and the texture on the gums is to die for. My only suggestion would be to maybe have added a small tint of yellow to the teeth, to give it some age. But the results you got are so fantastic, that's really only the tiniest nitpick.
