I just finished making the pop it fidget one and it worked like a charm, I’m not allowed to buy fidget toys and I struggle with dermatophagia which is a skin picking disorder and this helped distract myself from picking my skin a lot, thank you so much! You can also use a balloon instead of a ziploc bag to make the stress balls... I’ve done that before and put slime inside the balloon and I loved the result

Homemade fidget idea that was not mentioned in this vid: take a hair tie/rubber band. Then cut it so that its like a string. Tie a double knot on one end and thread some beads onto it. Now double knot the other end and trim off the excess. Now u can stretch it and the beads move and make sounds!!
