I would have loved to see a clear demonstration of how to join the top and the skirt on machine. And how you attach a zip also. I’m a beginner sewer and I struggle with zip

I thought that the back part of the bodice should always be cut into 2 separate pieces without placing the pattern on fold, if there’s going to be a zip at the back

Hi there, thank you for watching... you are definitely right but you do not have to cut each piece separately you can cut your pieces on two layered fabric and cut both pieces at once to keep your piece identical in a way.
