DIY Flared Wrap Top Cutting & Sewing ||  

If I need to make this like a longer version, like a kurti.. how should I go about it !!!

though the top looks gorgeous... it was not clear to me. questions - inner tie, did you just sandwich it between side seams and just brought it out to the other side ( around one side of waist) to tie with 2nd tie. Also, how do you handle gaping of neckline that is always problem with or more than B cups. With that fear, i never thought of making wrap top or dresses.
