DIY FLOWER BLING ROTATING CAKE STAND 💍 DESSERT - DISPLAY STAND (WEDDING SERIES PT 5)
UPDATE!! Some people have had a problem with E6000 melting their foam. I guess if you use too much this can happen. So I would suggest using a different glue like Gorilla Glue.
This is a very easy and inexpensive Cake Stand that can also be used for other occasions as well. I really enjoyed making it, I hope you like it too.

WOW !!! This is gorgeous & so simple to do. I love it…one of the reasons I started watching your channel. Your cake stand is BeaUtiFUl. When I made mine I kept having trouble with painting and or gluing the bling so I took some pretty silver/grayish ribbon and put that on the round foam the proceeded to gluing the bling. Just wanted to share that with you and others😘 Thank you for sharing your very creative mind and talented hands with us🌷 blessings for good health, peace, and love.

Yes yes yes please do one with dollar tree bling! This one is beautiful but I think using the dollar tree trim would be more affordable for us crafters. BTW there is a glue to specifically use on styrofoam. I’ve found it at AC Moore. It won’t melt the styrofoam like most glues.

You could get some tape on vaneer from your hardware store and apply it around the foam. It would prevent it from melting from the paint and glue. Just some friendly advice

I've been using Aleene's tacky glue to glue on the diamond wrap instead of hot glue. MUCH easier for me to use.

You stand is absolutely gorgeous. I followed your introductions and made one for myself but please tell my wht your E6000 did not "eat" your foam when you add ed the mirror? I had cradles in my foam fro the glue. Had to used my glue guns and some gorilla glue.

foam is at craft stores as cake dummys..they are kinda expensive but use 40%off coupon from Hobby Lobby or Michaels to save

I wonder if you could of cut a circle out of the bottom and inserted the lazy Susan. That way you won't have to worry about painting it.

Keysha Daniels You could do that but if you're not accurate cutting it, it could lean more to one side. Last thing you want is an uneven Cake Stand. The bottom doesn't show much and I'm always looking for a reason to add more Bling lol. Thanks for watching 😊

Grl sista sista, im late, but I LOVE THIS CAKE STAND, IVE BEEN SEARCHING, for months and cant find, at dollar tree, THE MIRRORS, LAZY SUSAN , AND MUCH MORE..BUT anyway YOU ROCK tick tock tick tock lol, YES ITS EASY , ITS NICE, I FOUND A NICE ROUND MIRROR THAT SIZE, NEED THE FOAM, one of these days im gonna get the chance to make something of yours, cause i love me some sista Beverly, and we use the same colors blue, and silver, red, in our home .
