I'm working with resin almost every day, and I'm pretty sure projekts like this are impossible to do with resin. Resin is basicly highly toxic honey. It drips everywhere, and won't stay on a balloon. Maybe a super thin layer of resin will stay, but 1. all whats left on the balloon will shatter like thin glass, and 2. will never have a bowl shape. Sorry :/

Oh and also, because of the chemical reaction, Resin can heat up and pop the balloon. :/
