I'm going to try the dry sponge method to decoupage. I usually use my fingers and I end up with small wrinkles or tiny little tears especially if I'm using tissue paper. But I think if I use a sponge I will probably have a much better result. Thanks a bunch for the tip!!!!!.

Just found your channel. Your projects are awesome and fun to do. I make my own homemade gesso and wondered if it would work? I could order some, but it would cut back my project date. I craft and sell 3 days a week, and work my other job 3 days, with a day for paperwork and new project planning. I try to schedule the projects ahead so I can get supplies.
They all came put so good. The pink mason jar with flower was my favorite. 8:39 Did you get that jar at DT or DG? I would love to make one. 😊 I have a recipe from another crafter for DIY Gesso. If you are interested I can tell you the ingredient or the link to her video. I hear it can be pricey. I personally have never used it. Inspired!❤

Did you use the “sneaky layers” for that or the faux cement one, or do you have another use for the sneaky layers? I also wondered about using stickers on glass so I’m glad to see this video today!
I. Used. The. Textured spray can paint ... stoneware look. Even got carried away and 2 toned my fire extinguisher 😂. Which now looks. Like a giant stone oil crock on my counter. Perfectly disguised, from fire. Engine red .
Keep a spray bottle of alcohol in your craft room to remove sticky things, acrylic, paint, and just to clean objects, I’ve been telling everybody for years Sorry you didn’t get the email? You are so entertaining and love your ideas

Micheals is where I got it I think. It's been awhile since I picked it up. I just use the brand in the video. I don't have any experience with another kind. This one always works for my needs so I stick with it
