This is a very good enclosure aesthetically, but just be careful about the size of the enclosure. Tarantulas, particularly slings are prey animals so an enclosure with a lot of open space can sometimes make them quite bolty. I try to stick to the rule of the enclosure being around 3x as long as the sling. Also slings can act very differently to adults so their enclosures need to be built based on sling care, not adult care. I just got my first tarantula - a G. pulchra ofc 🥰 I think this is a good size terrarium for Almo's size. As long as you see that they catch their food, so that it doesnt get lost in their "big" terrarium. Do we get an update on Almo soon? I see this video is a year old now, Im curious about how much Almo has grown! ❤

I did a setup almost exactly like this for my G pulchra yesterday! I’m pretty sure he’s a boy but don’t know for sure because the a**holes on Tarantula Talk on that lame ass fb group refuse to let you ask people to sex your tarantula and when they do let you ask questions they don’t even answer them and just reply “omg I have a g pulchra too derpy der 🤪” like Jesus Christ I’ve had so many animals and I’ve never met such a useless bunch of people in my life. I luckily found a decent alternative group tho called tarantulas 101 and they actually are kinda (KINDA) helpful there. But I still dare not ask them to sex my spider I think that is like a forbidden question which makes them all come off as insufferable tbh
