Great job! This helps cause I've been looking for the Hirsch grills forever but nobody has any anymore. I've long thought my only way is to make them myself, I guess you came to the same conclusion.

It looks great. Nice attention to detail getting the curve right. I made something similar for my 06 9-5s center grill. I Might make another one day since I have a spare laying around. Maybe try using wrap instead of paint? Much less likely to chip or wear away.
Turned out amazing! i have always debated should i do it to my saab, but now i know the answer! DIY is the way to go for me so the video was helpful as usual.
