Hey Smita , you can get it on most of the fabrics website online like Fabcurate , shopolics etc. there are 2 types of organza that is available in the market. One is polyester and the other one is silk. Polyester is cheap and silk is of good quality.

You can use both. If you get fabric paint well and good if not you can use acrylic. Both works in the same way. It comes in matte and pearl paints.

You can use thinner or water. I have used water.
