I really wanted to make headphones but I knew that my dad would kill me if I used his earphones so I had to repair a completely damaged earphones. It worked tho. Also, love the music. Can I get a link?

If you get magnets and copper wire, you could make your own headphone from scratch very easily, no need for any pre-made earpiece driver from an old earpiece.

this is cool. I love cardboard creations. you could've used bigger speakers and it would be just as loud, (even better quality). the one problem with cardboard is, its not very comfortable. I like the way you cut and bent the cardboard though.

Great job, good thinking using the wire on the headband! Btw i made headphones from cardboard too haha and i made the drivers (the things that make sound) from scratch And its an open-back headphone lol

how big did your driver end up being?

@@fakharyarkhan5848 65mm (6.5cm) across. Bigger than most conventional dynamic drivers in headphones, but still not the largest. However the material I used was too soft and created quite a lot of distortion.

I did something similar but with the noise cancelling work ear cover headphone things. The problem with both these designs is that the cables become too short and they are kinda uncomfortable.
