Take a look at how I made this sweet little Heart Garland to hang at my window. With Valentines Day around the corner, I was set on a heart themed project this week. I'm not big on red hearts...even for Valentines Day. So instead, I've made my heart garland to match our entrance room, this way, It won't need taking down either! Have a go at this simple technique of basically glueing fabric to cardboard.
