This sounds great for me. Thank the youtube lords for reccomending this, I currently am struggling with a mental addiction to weed since ive smoked for so long since my teen years. I think these can really help my cravings for thc. I smoke/ drink in tea form especially to help me sleep so finding out these herbs can help sleep too is amazing!!!!! Question: I’m not a smoker but I’m looking at smoking herbal blends to help me with sleeping. I have tried everything in shops. Do you think smoking herbs would help me?

It really depends on your lifestyle! If you’re not a smoker I 3000% don’t suggest you pick it up. If you’re getting 30 mins of physical activity daily, eating a healthy colorful diet, reducing alcohol intake and managing stress positively, and you’re still having issues with sleep, then maybe try some valerian root tea or a tea infused with high levels of cbd.

You can use a raw filter like I did in the video. Raw cones are sold anywhere tobacco products are sold. Please do not use any old paper 💜

Great question. Yes, you can use one herb for the base but definitely go for 2-3 herbs for the other components.

it smells like the herbs in the mix being burnt. I can’t describe it other than that lol. the mix smells different mixed with other substances. it gives you a very calm body feeling. it’s quite grounding!

The action herbs are like an active ingredient in a product. So they are the ones that give you the desired effects. And the astringent herbs are herbs that dry out cells. They’re useful for people that smoke a lot and have too much mucus inside of their lungs.

HELP! I'm rolling up my herbal blends using raw paper and raw cotton filters but when I'm smoking it lots of ash and fire go everywhere. Any idea on how to fix this issue? I love your videos, by the way!

Hey there, did you grind up the mixture? It should be well ground and integrated. Also make sure your paper is completely dry so there’s no canoeing.

Hey! Smoking anything in general is not good for your lungs because it is smoke. That being said, this could be healthier than commercial tobacco products.

I personally would suggest you stay away from attempting to trip on anything. Lavender is used for relaxation. 💜

your weed was probably way too strong.. start with a very light one and/or blend it with some herbs(or tobacco if that's your thing). btw your bad experience is not called a bad trip, because weed does not make you trip ;) other drugs do that.

Lemongrass is a slightly Woody tall grass like plant. You can even use the tougher spears to thread kabobs for grilling out. Lemon balm is a small soft leafy herb, some ppl grow it in their yard like clover or whatever. They are not alike at all.

Cannabis does that to a lot of people and mostly what that means is you need to abstain from using it long term or for the time being; until your body is balanced. Are you under a lot of stress rn? You may also just need to decrease use or change the way you ingest it. Did you watch the video all the way through? I am pretty sure I touched on the effects of the herbs individually as well as combined. ❤️

@@jondowng207 hey! as someone whos lived with severe ocd for about a decade now, and also experience anxiety and stuff, id honestly recommend something that just idk... soothes your racing thoughts and compulsions? although that's very hard since some of them are like so strong lmao. i smoked weed for about two years, but found that it's too heavy and literally takes me to another dimension where i dont function at all... honestly theres no purpose to this comment but just know I'm in the same boat and am also still looking for the perfect blend for me. ocd's a fucking bitch, ive just come to accept my compulsions and work around them/ cover them up, cuz theres no way of fighting it for me(rn) but yea if u ever wanna talk or sumth feel free to

Absinthe liquor? Why not just use water?

Because the chemical makeup of absinthe is very close to THC.
