DIY HOME GOODS GINGERBREAD HOUSE DUPE - USING DOLLAR TREE ITEMS!!!! CHRISTMAS 2021

Home Goods carries this gorgeous gingerbread house centerpiece, but it's impossible to find. When you do find it online people are charging double or triple the price.
So I decided to DUPE it! What do you think? Leave your comments below.
Materials:
Styrofoam disks ( Dollar Tree)
Foam Board (Dollar Tree)
Birdhouse (Dollar Tree)
Wood Stickers (Dollar Tree)
White cardstock or scrapbook paper
Blush Pink Paint
Aqua Blue Paint
Fine Glitter
White Puffy Paint
Hot Glue

I am just in love with your videos, so simple how to break it all down , everything comes out so beautiful.. I did this with real gingerbread and it took days , and after Christmas I had to throw away all the work I did … was sad really 😢. Absolutely gorgeous! Those little gingerbread houses, snowflakes and trees would make a nice garland. I'd also throw in some of those wood beads. I'm going to make that type of garland for my hot cocoa bar😍😍😍

I am using a textured shelf liner for covering my tiers, air dry clay houses, trees and snowflakes (all currently drying)...it is looking great so far! Can't wait to paint everything!

Thank you so much Toni!! ❤️ The cake rounds are: bottom 5 in, middle 4 in and the top is 3 in. For the house I don't remember but I wrote it down on the paper I'm working on in the video, I think you should be able to see it.

Thank you so so much Nikkie!! ❤️ I can give you the size in "inches" the bottom round is 5 inches the middle one is 4 inches and the top is 3 inches. For the houses I actually don't remember but I wrote the sizes on the paper I'm working on in the video, you should be able to see it, I believe.

What size were your foam houses for each layer? I know you said six houses per layer? Hopefully I can get the same size Styrofoam discs as you, and I would like to have the same size house templates as you so I can also use six houses around.

Just measure around each cake and divide by however many houses you'd like to have. For example, if your cake is 18 inches around and you'd like 6 house: 18÷6=3. Your houses would need to be 3 inches wide😊
