Let me show you how to make a circular saw using an Angle grinder. I made a simple attachment in the angle grinder using plywood and door hinges to convert the angle grinder to a circular saw. It works well.

Great idea but wouldn't the thickness of the nuts your holding the two screws with cause the wooden plate you used for the grinder not be setting flush on the wooden board your cutting with it?

No, the nuts are on top of the wooden base plate, not underneath. He has obviously recessed the the small heads of the fastening screws into the underside of the base plate. He should have shown that.

Bruh, just DON'T.. Maximal diameter for angle grinder is 7 inch (185 mm)..

I guess yes as the spinning speed of the disc edges would be faster in a long diameter when would break the disc, for long diameter disc the spinning is slow

You guys are going to get yourselves killed. There's good reason why you don't use wood cutting blades in an angle grinder.

A Circular saw blade should NEVER be used in an angle grinder. If it bites the wood the tool will jump at any direction, and it will keep spinning, because it has neither a brake or a trigger. Only angle grinder disks should be used. VERY DANGEROUS
