Wow just seeing this out of the box ru-vid.comUgkxQr1yd4Zc6qJF-scTB6Zb9dQbVpviuRxB recommend I have yet to fish with this set up, but based on the first hands on appeal, I can tell this is going to change the way i pack and carry to a whole new level. If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.
Very nice man. Was thinking if u were careful you could epoxy a small stem of some type to that speed control deal that would come up and out to a small wooden knob or something so u could access it easily and quickly?? Just a thought. Dont know if anyone else had mentioned it. Im going to build your exact setup. Thank u for the inspiration and ideas.
This is a fantastic video your machine looks quality. Although the only thing let your video down is the lack of speaking explaining what you have actually done people like my self would love to learn from someone like your self and get little ideas Great video otherwise bud All the best Tight lines
I have constructed the one 50x30 cm gear to wrap guides only. I mustn't use the long-time-drying epoxy chemistry in my flat, it is too small to be safe for that. I also failed to find the rubber-covered wooden wheels, so I intend to simplify that with the soft, dense and thick textile material.
Great video! What was the usb power adapter you used called so I can find one, and was that just a standard 9v 12v hobby motor spinning the rod? Very inventive using the rod tip to add tension!!
Hello Chris, I am not sure, what was the motor. Adapter is normal from mobile phone with 5V output. In the small black box there is the regulation of input voltage (speed control of rotation).
Do you mean this? koliesko.com/index.php/samostatne-kolieska/dreven%C3%A9-kolieska/62-dreven%C3%A9-kolieska-s%C3%A9rie-a50.html?highlight=WyJhNTAiXQ==&gclid=Cj0KCQjw9pDpBRCkARIsAOzRzitTAI0g9-EJeLakwkDi_BSKgQF-kkv83s0CkVZcjun1Wq5ugXA7EdYaAj5gEALw_wcB
Not my video, and I just found it today 11/14/21, but it looks like some heavy duty O-rings gotten at a Hardware Store. Maybe ACE Hardware, Lowes, Home Depot or the Like....
Hi, exact plan is not needed, the principle is important and this you can see in the video. The dimensions depends on material, which you want to use. In my case the dimension are 60 x 30 cm. Hight is about 25 cm. Good luck with construction.
It would be better to use nylon insert wingnuts on the spool holder to avoid the tightening or loosening of the normal wingnuts due to the rotation of the spools and thereby changing the tension.
Hi, maybe I'll prepare something more in detail in the next video, but really exact plan is not needed, the principle is important and this you can see in the video. The dimensions depends on material, which you want to use. In my case the dimension are 60 x 30 cm. Hight is about 25 cm. It depends on what material you use to build. Good luck with construction.
