DIY | HOW TO FIX BROKEN POWDER MAKEUP 

I have to say this paste method by far might be the best. I’ve tried alcohol sparingly and has caused more harm then good. So I went back and diluted the powder and used a spatula to even everything out and so far so good! Thanks for the tip!

Can you use water

i can only find 50% alcohol in my small town, is that ok too?

Have you ever used a foreo luna 3? Thoughts?

I have not tried it yet, but all the broken and old powder makeup can be turned into painting pigment. I imagine you mix it into a translucent acrylic gel. Paint is expensive!!!! So is old and busted up makeup.
