Today I am going to show you how to make such fringe.
I’ll make it of the same fabric the dress was made of.

Be very attentive! To make fringe of a piece of fabric, you should cut it on a crosswise grain.
This is the lengthwise grain. Imagine that this is the bottom of dress.
When Natalie makes the fringe, she will show you how to attach it to the bottom and cover it with lining.
Decorate bottoms, sleeves, pockets this way.
It’s not hard to make Chanel style fringe, but it requires some time and patience.
The most important thing is not to hurry! Work slowly and carefully!
