1.5 cups of water,
kitchen bowl and whisk,
balloon,
newspapers,
white crepe paper,
black, orange and white sheet of paper,
transparent tape,
double-sided tape,
ribbon or string,
glue,
scissors,
pencil,
sweets.
Pinata dries 48-72 hours depending on how many layers of newspapers you make.
