I'm supprised that Moose Bar can stop a Moose, you should see Australia's Equivalent, they're really nice T610 SAR? A1 polishing btw...

Looks great. Do you have a recommendation on any cordless grinders?
@DCSuperShine

If they'd keep the Torque and last more then 15 mins... I switch everything to cordless... until then waste of time and money

Great job, your sander is not a DA?
@DCSuperShine

I used a high speed on all the rough areas for this one :)

Thank you again Dennis for a very informative video. May I ask how you sanded the pipe parts of the bar? Same sander or did you use a pipe sander? For the small area near the taped up light did you use a smaller sander of by hand? Sorry for the questions but am still learning lots of stuff from you. Thank you again

Hey Paul, for this particular Moose bumper I didn't sand around the lights or the pipe areas... it was in great shape with no pits... when I do sand those areas I just use my DA... never invested into a pipe sander.. GREAT idea tho :)

New polisher - may i ask why you chose to do 400 grit? Is it because you didn’t orbital between stages? We usually go from 320 to 600 but with a stage of 320DA in between. Thanks in advance.

I normally don't orbital between stages if I'm high speeding... kinda defeats the purpose of saving time using the high speed... :) hope this answers your question
