I am loving the series where you break down different decorating styles. It is so helpful for someone like me who really struggles to define and decorate my space!
Yay!! I’m so glad the series has been helpful!!! It can be so overwhelming trying to figure out details and what you like so breaking it down style by style is a little more digestible I hope!! 🥰
My daughter just bought a really ornate tufted 4 seater couch with wood scrolled details. The wood was sort of dark yellow, and the worn out fabric was cream. Pretty hideous together really. When she got there he offered her 2 giant arm chairs, 2 foot stools and a love seat from the same set for an extra $50. Now it's all in her garage. She wants to make a Parisian gothic boudoir a la Addam's Family with lots of black and purple and burgundy red. She's never re-upholstered before, although I have but I live a few hours drive away, and can't go due to Covid restrictions. I can't believe the challenge she's put on herself. I think it will look fantastic though. I thrift and antique shop so I've got some ornate lamps and fringed shawls to help out as well as some accessories. She also has a dressmaker's form, which she uses for cosplay making, and some corsets that she made. It will be fabulous but it will never all fit in her room! 😆
@@StephBer1 That, exactly that gothic Parisian is the decor style I want för my living space but it's so hard to make functional too, to incorporate into an actual living space without being too dark or moody where you don't get enough light and so it doesn't feel like permanent halloween decorating 🤪
You should definitely start doing videos of cross styles like industrial boho decor or modern beachy etc! I personally always find myself doing a cohesive mix of at least two styles and think it’s more common in homes than that clean cut one style type all over the house/room! Plus it’s just something else to get creative with and we love your content🥰😊
Series Name: "Decors to DIY for" 😉 Once again, perfect!! I was up so late waiting for the video but fell asleep ☹️ My two favorite decor channels: You and TheSorryGirls 😍 I mainly love this style because of the black colour element of it, it incorporates so much of dark neutrals yet it's cozy and your DIYs showed that perfectly. Don't have TikTok in my country but I really like that mirror, the look is amazing 🥰 It was beautiful and chic. 🤗
You went over a lot of elements and ways everyone can incorporate this style into their home, this video was very well done and informative. Thank you!
Just discovered your channel and spent the last 3 hours bingeing! You have NAILED the DIY game, making your projects accessible and affordable for your viewers. You have such a talent and it is truly inspiring. Can't wait to start DIY :)
I like your easy breezy music you start every video w. I'm 53, so I guess I'm out of the loop. You are an inspiring young lady, and I love ALL your videos ❣️❣️❣️❣️
I became obsessed with the industrial farmhouse theme when we moved to our new apartment two months ago because the building and the units itself are very industrial looking - exposed metal pipes on the ceiling, unfinished concrete wall, etc. So when we first took a look at our unit prior to moving, I immediately fell in love with it and my brain already knew what our apartment was screaming for!!😄
Love to see your take on English country cottage, with low ceilings and how to get around dark corns with lighting when no ceiling lights. Xxx loved the candle stick idea. Xxx

Amazing video!! The mirror DIY is stunning for me. Great work!! I would like to make one for myself but I don't think I'll make it as great as yours. I love your 🐶❤!!
It would be so great if you could do a video on Asian or Indian interiors! I see so many western styles but often feel left out because I absolutely love eastern design 😊
Loving this series so much! Really like your style, and the mirror is so awesome! I live in a tile roof ranch style home in AZ, but I have a very eclectic, old school boho style. So maybe do a boho with a southwest/spanish style twist? Thanks for all your inspiration and hard work! I love Sundays!💜
Loved this! 🥰 Would you consider doing a video on "moody Parisian chic" style? (Like the room inspo for Marie's bedroom makeover over on Lone Fox!) It's super different but gorgeous & also trendy
You ROCK, MACENNA! YOU NAILED INDUSTRIAL DESIGN IT'S MY FAVORITE. WITH THAT SAID, I CAN'T GO RUN OUT AND PURCHASE A LEATHER OR FAUX LEATHER SOFA. SO... I INC. BOHO WITH A LITTLE INDUSTRIAL. WHEN I FEEL A LITTLE BETTER I WILL SEND YOU A PICK OF MY THRIFTY STYLES. I NEED TO HUG KINSLEY. .
Can you do farmhouse decor?! I’m currently in the progress of changing up the decor and hardware in my Queenslander (Australian style home) and I need to convince my boyfriend that farmhouse is the way to go!
Omg! This is my style industrial but with Boho cosy touches- I've been joking with my husband its 'Bro-Ho' as the industrial elements help it look a little more masculine and structured
There is this cafe I know that has these amazing industrial style tables that have like a level pulley thingy system (sorta looks like the wheel of an old school sewing machine) and when you crank it, it changes the height of the table! I have enquired everywhere but I still don’t know where they got them from.
MaCenna, tip for you. You can have your primer tinted same as your paint so you would need less coats of paint. Example you do a lot of black, so you would not have as many coats as on your mirror strips.
I’d love if you did a sewing tutorial! I think it would be super cool for those who want to see pillows and such like you but aren’t super familiar with sewing machines!
