Hi Guys, nice project! Thanks for the video. I follow you guys and you make some really cool stuff. My request you guys is that, for simpletons like me who do projects in a garage and with access to fewer tools, if you could post some videos of kids-specific projects with less dependency on varied tools, it would be awesome! I would love to build this table and chair for my 2 kids but I lack quite a few of the tools that you guys have used. Either way - wonderful project, love to see more of your videos - keep it coming!
Eric PP I’m over here trying to see which neighbors I can either borrow some tools from or go for asking the local hardware store to do all the cuts so I can just assemble at home.
Glad you like it! You really only need a circular saw and a drill as far as power tools go! And minus the names carved of course. We will keep that idea in mind though!
Great job! Those kiddos are going to love that. A few weeks ago I posted a video of a desk I made for my daughter. Working on the chair video now. Funny, I thought it would be an easier build because it was smaller but both were still pretty challenging! Nice work.
Hi, Very nice project :) I can't find the link, as you mentioned in the video, for the edge banding you used that has 3M adhesive on the back with no ironing involved. Thanks
Nope because plywood is a stable material👍 Plywood has multiple layers with the grain direction running perpendicular to one another, this creates a tug of war that nets a stable product.
www.fastcap.com/product/fastedge-peel-and-stick-edgebanding You'll have to fill in the drop down lists, but it's birch, natural, unfinished wood, 3/4" , 50' roll.
