DIY Lavender "Sweet Dreams" Shower Steamers **WITH RECIPE!**
In this tutorial I will teach you how I make my best selling lavender and vanilla shower steamers. Full of of calming lavender and sweet vanilla these are the perfect way to relax. xo

Shower Steamers (also called Shower Fizzies, Shower Melts, and Shower Bombs) are similar to Bath Bombs but instead of using them in the tub, Steamers are used in the shower!
~SHOWER STEAMER RECIPE
8 oz citric acid
16 oz baking soda
2 oz white kaolin clay
.80 oz Sleep Time Essential Oil/Fragrance Oil (link below)
.05 oz Lavandin Essential oil (link below)
.15 oz Vanilla Milk Fragrance Oil (link below)
0.60 oz 91% rubbing alcohol
0.25 oz Polysorbate 80
1/2 tsp. Pow Pow Purple mica (link below)
I DOUBLED THE RECIPE FOR THE SHOWER STEAMERS MADE IN THIS TUTORIAL. This gave me approximately 32 Shower Steamers that weighed approximately 1.2 ounces each.

New subscriber here. Great video, I will attempt this. Question as I'm curious, if you squeeze this really really hard is it supposed to crumble or keep it's shape? Thanks

Thank you for subscribing! That is actually a great question! I wasn't sure so I put them to the test. They do crumble a bit around the bottom edges if you squeeze hard. Nothing dramatic. Because the recipe contains the kaolin clay, they hold their shape and survive being shipped. Thank you for your support! xo

Hi Karen! I would say anything that has eucalyptus, peppermint, camphor, or menthol. I actually have three other tutorials where I list the fragrances I use. One is for headaches, one is for sinus relief and the last one uses menthol. Here are the links for you.
