Thanks for your video. I watched it and followed what you did in the video and it worked. I was able to remove the light bulb covers on both sides of my Mazda CX-5 GT 2018 2nd GEN. Great video!
This bulb can also used in the driver's and passenger side doors, as well as glove box. The glove box is a bit tricky, the easiest way to do that is make sure you got that bulb with socket out and switch the bulb and then insert it back.
Question: I've seen both this and your interior lights videos, thanks for those. I went to eBay and bought a kit including 8 lights (3 for dome and map lights, 2 for license plate, and 3 for...?) Replaced the interior bulbs, no prob. All of the remaining 5 have the same fitting as the license plate type, push-in. So 2 of 5 are license plate, where do the other bulbs go?? The trunk light is the same style as the dome, so without an adapter, no hope there. SUGGESTIONS...?
the cool thing is the license plate light and the reverse lights are the same :) I put leds in my car and it looks great. why pay thousands when you can pay under $50
the plastic cover for the license light are both broken and i'm trying to find replacements for them. i've already installed the led lights and i'm using clear tape to cover the hole in the meantime while i find replacement plastic covers
Nice vid. I bought some off of ebay as well but one always started to flicker after a week or so. How long have you been having them installed? Do you have a link to share to the ones you bought?
Ted I’ve had them in for a couple weeks now with no issues. There is a link in the description to the lights (the last link I believe). It was a pack of 10 for about 3$. Only downside is it took over a month to ship
weird how i needed resistors for my led lights, and rear turn signals but i didn't need resistors for my brake lights or regular headlights. I have the 2018 mazda3 sedan
