I finally made a linen halter dress, perfect for summer. I bring you a step by step tutorial on making this linen dress as seen on my tik tok. Next time, when you give the yardage needed, specify that you are using the same fabric for the garment and the lining. We bought 2 1/2 yards of fabric and of lining. Made it a lot more expensive

this turned out great! thank you for the pattern. I used a knit material and had to size it down a little due to the stretch, but it worked out just fine.

Hi there, I bought the pattern and am making a mock up for this dress before using the actual material I bought. How do we finish the ends of the ties? Are we leaving them open? Additionally I'm not understanding the understitch part. Can you please elaborate a little bit? Thanks!

45" width and for the skirt cut it on the bias it will lay better on the body!

Hi :) making this for my fashion class is the 3 yards of main fabric enough for the lining too? The “what you need section” didn’t say anything about needing lining so I’m just confused. Sorry I’m very new to sewing

I'm trying to attach the straps to the cups and it doesn't tell me which end to attach on the strap I assume it's the slanted end... Not clear on the video

She just lays the paper pattern onto the fabric pin it together and u can use a rotary cutter or scissors and cut the patters. Some r cut on fold some are not.

it would better for a tutorial if you used a solid fabric for the lining. it’s hard to keep track of which is which when they look the same

Hello Everyone, I made just the halter top twice and it's cute BUT if you have boobs, you're gonna want to sew the cups as far away from each other as possible or else your nipples will be showing from the side. My entire boob was sticking out and it was not cute or comfortable.
