Jig to make perfectly spaced slots for louver slats on a table saw with a dado blade.
The other video I’ve seen show trying to match the angled slots by using a positioning pin on both sides. The problem is that if those pins are off by just a few thousands, after a number of slots, they will not match. I’m registering the second set of slots off the first slots that were cut, ending up with perfectly matched left and right slots.
Of course when you have the slot strips cut, you can glue or finish nail them into the door or shutter frame.

Sir nice work.. What do you have under the board so it can slide on the table and stay in position?

It run on inserts into the t slot on table saw. The same method as you built a crosscut sled.
