I'm about to build my own medicine cabinet since i couldn't find anything that met my needs. There's a few things about your build that i would do different though. The spacing between the studs isn't a lot, so why use 3/4" frame with a 3/4" backing, with fixed shelving? 1/2" frame with a 1/4" backing and adjustable shelves would be better. I don't know why you added adhesive to the installation. If you ever decide to take it out, it'll be very difficult - you might have to break all of it. If it works for you, cool, but this build gave me the insight of what not to do.
