One thing though: what is the Thickness of your Acrylic sheet used for the finished version? 1mm? 2mm?3mm? 4? 5? 10mm?? I understand with the cardboard version, the thickness is what it is. But with the acrylic sheet we must take into account the sound buoyancy and acoustics, etc
