The way the bolt is split and bracket tabbed made me think there was something complex going on with the wires. The 2nd connector with the red lock comes apart by sticking a pick just above (towards the antenna housing ) the red lock. Jamming a screwdriver in there may have worked for you but more likely will break the connector
Mine just broke similarly but I also ultimately lost the top. Cover. I got one at a recycling yard for a 2012 mini. The replacement has 3 wires, I did not remove mine yet to see if it's the same. I noticed only 2 I believe in your video. Did yours have a 3rd wire with a pink connector and was it connected under the roof panel or just an extra optional wire ?
