Nice kit, had fun with it but of course I switched all english signs into french and Alsace. Colmar is in Alsace which is in France near the german border.
The two wires for the light don't fit through the holes in the two flower shapes. Only one wire fits but this video shows both easily fitting through, does my set have the wrong parts?
I'm slightly regretting buying this kit now! I think your video is going to be invaluable so thank you in advance. You've really given me some good pointers. I've already discovered that I'm going to need some better glue and I'm jolly glad I bought some tweezers! I only wish I could see more detail on the wiring bit which is the part that's really worrying me.
@@shuang393Thank you. I haven't finished it yet but I have got the light working (it wasn't as hard as I thought) so I'm feeling pretty pleased about that.
@@queenpotato176 I just stuck a point of my scissors in the hole and twisted it about gently (they are not big scissors and the blades are quite narrow). The plastic is fairly soft and it made the hole just big enough for them to fit through. I was afraid of cracking it but it was ok.
Sorry, I didn’t film electric wire’s connection part. Perhaps the wrong connections or the wrong batteries’ direction is the reason why it doesn’t work.
In the assembly package's book, there will be dimensions for the materials. If the size of the wooden boards you measured differs from those in the book, it may indicate defects in the materials. I hope this answer helps you.
