That is awesome. The love letter is from her fiance ,who was lost at see,the sheet music is his favourite song he used to play for her.She would accompany him on the harp, she picks a rose from the garden for him and lights a candle in memory of him.
Phantom of the Opera came to mind when I saw this. Just the picture of him playing an old dusty pipe organ with melted candle wax everywhere makes this haunting. Beautifully done, Shyra! ❤
@@queencityminis, You really must see it. I have seen the musical several times and each time I am blown away by the production. It is one of my favorite operas. I recommend watching the one with Sarah Brightman in it. There should be a video somewhere on RU-vid of her performance. She was the very first Christine when the opera debuted. She just happened to be married to Andrew Lloyd Webber, the creator, at that time.
Creepy room where a lover was left behind, only to cause grief to the recipient. As she wept, time passed, candles melted. Making the room feel lonely & abandoned!😢 I love the addition of the harp! Great job❣️🕊️
Wonderful ideas! I have to say that the roses are the star of the show for this video...the candles are great but the details and shapes of the roses are truly amazing.
Very phantom of the opera-esque! I think they an artist received a love letter from the ghost of his one true love. I really appreciate how practical your methods are. I’ve saved so many of your videos and rewatched. Ella just walked by and says hi
I love this this is spooky and beautiful without any skulls or blood. The candles look wonderful! And that’s a great idea to fill them up with glue and then finish them off with the wax. I also really love your roses. Thanks for sharing all these great tips!
Actually, your piano was an old fashioned reed organ. I enjoy antiques, and almost bought one. It's an easy mistake to make, I'm 70, so I have come across a lot of antiques. I love the way you added the candles. I don't know if you have ever seen the original, black and white silent motion picture of, The Phantom of the Opera. It reminded me of it, minus the candles. Great work.
Was it Lon Chaney who also played the Wolfman, who was in the film? I'm 66 and can remember the phantom's face from the film (not that either you or I am old enough to actually have been around for B&W movies lol!
Magnificent! Ok - old ladys hubby passed years ago. Her kids married/moved far away. But she stills finds solice in her music🎼! Many, many years ago a relative spent hours putting up outside Christmas lights.(the old style where if one goes out, they ALL go out) He was so p*ssed, he cut up every strand into tiny pieces. Ha True story & he was an electrician! So u gave sage advice to ck ur bulbs often thruout ur project🎄!
I’ve used the soft side of a piece of corrugated cardboard to add shape to petals. It was a surprisingly successful option because of the variation in resistance on the cardboard
It's a story of either unrequited love or a lost love. A woman, as the result of her lost love decided to take up music to express her sorrow at having lost someone. She plays her sorrowful music which people can hear as they walk by her old house, even long after the death of the woman.... The rose petals are from flowers he had given her, that she had handled and held against her broken heart until the petals fell off and the letter was from that one, and only love. 😭
You are very creative and I enjoy listening to you as you work a piece too. You are funny as well. My story that I see: He went off to war, kept writing her letters to declare his love of her. The letter you left on the piano is the last one she got so she reread day after day. Waiting for him to come home she passed from a broken heart and the candles just burned out finally.
You didn't accidentally break the shelf and then lose it, covering it up with larger candles...that was the plan all along! (HeHe). And this great creation put me in mind of my favourite Hallowe'en movie - Don Knotts in ":The Ghost and Mr Chicken"!
It looks amazing 💕 I love watching your videos, they always give me inspiration. I’ve always been a fan of miniatures, but more interested than ever with the tiny kits that have been out this past year. I get most of them from Temu and also the MiniVerse collections too 😊
Wow! This is great! Love the candles! I have planned a “curiosities” room but it’s after 3 other projects (and I’m slow) but after seeing this I may just have to move it up on the priority list!
Well, the piano gives total phantom of the opera vibes with all the candles . . . but maybe the foto is an important person of the past from the person that lives there and he thought she was dead, wich led him to live a life of solitude, plying the piano while keeping the harp, wich belonged to that lost person. And now the letter informs him that she is not dead, but very much alive, or held in an inbetween universe to make it a little bit more spooky . . . oohh ooh oh, I am on to something here . . . maybe she plays the harp from there with him, and the letter is from someone who could help break the curse . . .
That dripping wax is always creepy. You do such a great job with it. I love how you made the candles, you're so creative. That little room does leave a bit of a mystery. Great room.
Fabulous job! Looks great as always! Thank you for your videos! Hope you have a wonderful week!😊 I’m very sorry for making an assumption about your getting married awhile back! Hope things are going well for you!
Gorgeous Shyra! Sometimes rubbing your punches with wax stops them doing that (I probably learned that from you in the first place, but, just in case..lol!) The calyx is the underneath leaves that were covering the bud before it bloomed. Lol, the biology shows!
