This week is a major repair flip for the Winter Ugly Duckling Challenge! I take a Mid-Century dresser in need of some TLC and make it a true trash to treasure. Also, I go over a step by step tutorial of how I build my DIY Modern Base.

Sooo much planning and prep work on this piece but a million percent worth every minute. What a beautiful transformation! Buh-bye duck, hello classy! Hello Sabrina. I just watched this video and OMG what a transformation. You would have my vote for winner of this challenge. I don’t flip furniture but it makes so much more sense to me now. I subscribe to a lot of the channels - I find it fascinating. I hope you are taking the time you need to grieve. It’s a long process unfortunately. My condolences for your loss. Very good explanation of the Kreg jig and how to put together a base . Your voice is pleasant and you don’t sit in front of your furniture and blab about stuff that doesn’t matter ( pet peeve of mine with some RU-vid furniture painters ) 🤯. So thank you for that ! I seen you take a dresser that was really trashed out and really rebuilt it to where it looks like it's almost brand-new then you gave it a great color you built legs on it you kept those gorgeous handles and it's beautiful and I don't like black but that's gorgeous
