Shanna, While I haven’t been on Your Site for quite sometime. Your Painting and Bathroom Cabinet renovation is basically mirroring the Reno’s for which I performed in both My previous and current Home. Years ago! When I learned that it would cost Thousands of Dollars to have My Home painted. Though I had the Resources, I just didn’t want to spend that much of My hard earned Resources Painting a space that wasn’t going to be My ‘Forever Home’. Like Yourself. Upon Hours and Hours of Research and Prayer, I buckled down with the intentions of Painting the Bedrooms. Since I was so frightened and unsure of My skills, I actually started Painting in the My Laundry Room. As I was Painting and Crying out to the Lord, that I would be a Good Steward over the entire Process, I became so extremely Proud, confident, and comfortable with the outcome of Bedrooms. During My Christmas and New Years break, I ended up Painting My entire House. The following Year. Since I wasn’t able to gain enough knowledge or confidence to Paint My Brown Kitchen Cabinets. I had them Refaced. Also! Since I wasn’t willing to continually be grieved regarding the Cabinets’ Brown insides. Those were also painted. While both Yours and My Painting adventures took on a different Story. At the end of the day. We can clearly See how the Lord granted the both of Us the Desires of Our Hearts.

Great job Shanna. I had never heard of thermafoil before. I just wonder why they didn't just paint the doors. Bravo to Tonya for helping with this project. Every time I watch you do a project, I tell myself that I am going to buy knee pads and I always forget until I see you working again. Painting can be therapeutic. Shanna, Upon moving into My new Home and facing that terrible mirror. I immediately ask My Contractor to have it removed. Thank God, He didn’t, because after I had shared My concerns. He! Like Yourself concluded that replacement of the Mirror would be too costly. He suggested surrounding it with the Crown Molding for which He had installed in other areas of the Home. You did an excellent DYI on those cabinets and I am so Happy to have learned that You are proud, as well.

Shanna, Three Years after moving into My new Home and having paid extra for My White Cabinets. The Thermal Foil begun to buckle. Since My Warranty had expired. Upon the replacement of My Cabinets. My only savings Grace was having an opportunity to donate those Cabinet Doors to Habitat For Humanity. I understand Your need to perform Your projects in a manner for which You have deemed one of ‘Perfection’. Though I am usually criticized for making an attempt to perform My Tasks ‘perfect’. I always say, ‘Lord! Please Let Me perform this Tasks as though You are here watching Me.

Everything looks nice thanks for that tip about removing paint I have to go buy some of that stuff. I painted our master bathroom white and black even our faucets and light fixtures I spray paint black 😊. In your shower that looks like a black shower curtain. Try that transparency peel and stick that's what my husband put on our glass shower on the outside. Haven't had any problems with it and it looks nice just a suggestion
HI Tonya, I sprayed painted my faucet in my laundry room renovation video. So far it's holding up great. I was thinking about going back to spray the all the faucets that way I can save because they can get very expensive. I am holding off with the shower because I want to do a total gut job.
