I used to make friendship bracelets in the 80s and sell them at school. I carried a case of embroidery floss around and let people choose the colors they wanted. Sold them for $1 each and would make them during class after i was done with my school work. They would have their bracelet by the end of the day. Or the next day if was the end of the day. This technique reminds me a lot of the way i made the bracelets. Mostly tying a bunch of knots. I would use a safety pin to attach it close to the knee of my pants to work on it. But i did the knots the opposite way so it is kind of confusing me. The back side of this is what my bracelets would have looked like I'm thinking. I love these. Thay are beautiful. Tfs ❤

Thank you for sharing I love the earrings. I'm a beginner here and thought the last knotting part was too fast for me lol. I couldn't understand which cord went over which cord to get the beautiful knotting down to the center of the V. Oh well, have to learn more :-)

My brain cannot compute if those are square knots in the beginning. This is gorgeous and helpful 🌻🌻🌻 holding the comb on it like that is something I never thought of doing to get the bottom edges right. ☺️

these are so nice and I would like to try them, however, you use 4 mm cotton cord...I have checked and there is soft, or 1 strand or 4 strand or 3 strand and many separate the cords so they may not be the right one one. What do you use? Thank you.

I’ve been sitting here for almost 2 hours and cannot figure out how you knotted the last two layers that form a “V”. I’ve tried so many times and it doesn’t look the same. I wish it was easier to see how you’re folding the string. It’s hard to see which layer is on top when you make the knot.

Hello there, I recommend looking up specific instructions on the double half hitch knot. That should solve your problem, girl! Once you get it, you'll be kicking butt at it in no time. :) hope this helps!
