I know it's been a while since I've done something with needle felt! I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial of this really cute and tiny panda!! I love how it turned out and it would make a great miniature plush to add to your collection or you can use it to decorate your bag/purse. Good luck and keep on crafting!

You don't need special "felting wool" either, anything that is 100% wool will work

You could put the first peace where you wanted it, then thread so wool through in and poke it down both sides. Then attach the rest on the chain
