This is our first day in Vietnam and Ninh Binh. From Noi Ba Airport in Hanoi, we decided to book private car for 1.8m dong or $71.75 or P4,048.31. I got this in facebook group exclusive for tourist who are planning to go to vietnam.
This is a private car good for two persons with a private Vietnamese driver that is very accommodating. Our flight was delay for 1 hour, but the driver didn't leave us behind and waited for us without additional charge.
