I have the same tractor. My most used attachment (for now) is the grapple. The 2nd most used is the pallet fork. I move IBC totes a bit, pallets of concrete, etc. It also makes a great, and safe, platform for getting up higher. A buddy made a small 'man lift' pallet setup to trim trees, get equipment an people up to a roof (think solar panels!!), etc. For storage, I have 2 IBC totes stacked for water. I simply leave the forks in between them and can easily hook up, disconnect, etc. One-time cost, then out of sight until needed. When needed, they are fantastic. I do agree the bucket holding equipment and wood balanced on top is nice!

Never been so interested in milling lumber my whole life......and I do like what you've done with the goats. Notice how I just slipped that in at the end to ease the tension.

I just put up a video last night on here with my wife in the back of my SUV 😂, holding a 5 gallon bucket of water so it wouldn't slosh all over our car! We bought 40 acres last year ourselves to begin building our Debt Free, Mortgage Free home!!!

With Doors you build the Z or X bracing then panel it. The raised section just needs posts in the ground then build your level floor on the posts. love your enthusiasm

Katie if you not sure on the colour of the barn door you could get about a 3inch square and about an inch thick piece of wire wool and put it in a jar with white vinegar leave for a couple days then brush the vinegar onto the door and the wood will have an aged look to it. This will soften the glare. I must say that barn is about the best home built barn I’ve seen and the animals will love it once they realise that this is their new home. The only thing I’m against and I don’t wish to be a Debbiedowner but I’m not a fan of the third level as it is another place where bears etc will be able to gain access and you’ll need fencing around the full roof to stop the goats from jumping down. Got to love a bit of sun in your area. 🎉🎉❤

Lower fence might need a diagonal board just for a visual barrier. Greg's idea of the third level could create a headache ot two, given there's nothing to stop the goats jumping down on the inside or the roof. Plus the opening could give predators access, hawks, eagles. Maybe rethink. It sounds cool, but it may prove a hassle in the long run. Rain, definitely will keep the fires down. So absolutely necessary this year, BC has been burning earlier and faster this year.

You shouldn't have glued the door like that. When you glue anything with the woodgrain crossing it no longer allows the wood to expand and contract and will eventually crack, in the future apply the glue the size of a the order in the middle of the panel so the wood is able to expand and contract without splitting.

This is one old man who is hoping that your dogs & goats & chickens will be enough family for the two of you. Having been a kid many years ago, I speak from experience, "Kids are over rated. 50 years ago, I fathered two myself and if I had any sense or one good brain cell to think with, I would have never listened to my wife and we would have never had them! Back then, in the early 70's things were good for having kids, not like it is today." May God continue to bless the both of you, your animals and the forest around you! PS, you do not need forks for your tractor, but a grapple, now that is a different story!
