I will try this on my locs. One thing i like when i am making tea is to use a spoon and Squeeze the tea bah against the cup. It extract a lot of it.

Promoting hair growth - Start your day with at least 2 eggs in the breakfast. Eggs are a nice source of protein, which helps to increase hair growth. Before breakfast try to have one cup of yogurt. They are also rich in vitamins and minerals, which promote hair growth and also keep the hair shiny and beautiful. In the evening, apply reactivaate serum of liitllextra containing rosemary and a variety of ingredients. This works all the time.

Yes you can because I did not have peppermint tea so I used some type of mint that grows in my backyard and even tho it wasn't peppermint it worked very fast and it only took 2 or 3 weeks for my hair to grow long. So yea you can.
